English: This is a reproduction of a portrait painting of James Barrett (1862-1945) created possibly around the 1930s. (Possibly an official portrait painting as office-bearer of the University of Melbourne circa 1931-1939 or the portrait by Charles Wheeler (1881-1977) unveiled in 1939.)
