I think I have some (good?) ideas. The main idea - I'm on the page, to which I want to make redirect(s). So I click the tool and it opens in such format (note that by default there is only one line, not two; the second line shows up, if user press the "Add new" button). As bonus feature could be check if the source page is free (does it exists, can it be created) and maybe something more. Without that bonus feature, it should handle the normal situations. I would really enjoy using such gadget (I think, it would really save time). How it looks to you? Of cource, you don't have to do it now, I'm just expressing ideas :)

P.S. As I'm not an artist and I don't have currently some normal software, I used Paint so the example isn't very pretty :)
