Area of Dublin City Council |
An election to all 63 seats on Dublin City Council will be held on 7 June 2024 as part of the 2024 Irish local elections.[1] Dublin is divided into 11 local electoral areas (LEAs) to elect councillors for a five-year term of office on the electoral system of proportional representation by means of the single transferable vote (PR-STV).[2]
The period for nominations starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday 11 May and ends at 12 p.m. on Saturday 18 May 2024.[3]
