Khangkhui Khunou Village, also known as Khangkhui Phungdhar Village, is nestled in the scenic landscapes of Ukhrul District, Manipur, India. Situated on the eastern side of Ukhrul Town and northeast of Imphal, the capital of Manipur, this village is endowed with abundant natural resources, including water bodies, timber forests, and diverse flora and fauna. Noteworthy among its landmarks is the historic Harvā Khangai Peak, which witnessed significant events during the Second World War between Japanese army and Great Britain.

The main source of income of this village came from Cultivation.The main crop is rice.
