Lok, Levice District
Lok (Hungarian: Garamlök) is a village and municipality in the Levice District in the Nitra Region of Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1286.
Geography[edit]
The village lies at an altitude of 196 metres and covers an area of 17.197 km². It has a population of about 980 people.
Ethnicity[edit]
The village is approximately 80% Slovak, 17% Magyar and 3% Gypsy.
Facilities[edit]
The village has a public library and football pitch.
