RE:Merge[edit]
I'd say merge to 2009 Turkish floods or the existing 2009 Turkish flash floods as the floods have affected areas outside of Istanbul. In any case the "Flood" part of the title shouldn't be capitalised - Dumelow (talk) 17:26, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
