Neutrality Dispute[edit]

A request to check the POV was added my myself because there is a lot of weasel wording and bias apparent in the artice. Wording such as "has blown out" are not neutral and need fixing. In some places more critisisms have been added then neutral statements. It appears that the rest of the article is neutral. Can someone else have a look?
