"Doctor of Science in Medicine"[edit]

The article and it's Russian language equivalent refer to him as being a paediatric haematologist and oncologist. However, it also states that his degree is a Doctor of Sciences in Medicine, which, as far as I understand, similar in content to a DPhil/PhD albeit moderately longer. Does this also provide medical training, so that it can be described as additionally encompassing an M.D.? Jokojis (talk) 21:47, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
