Possible copyright violation removal

The history section was added on 9 June 2009 in a single edit without any sources. Archive.org shows that the Bessemer CoC website had that same content as far back as 15 May 2008, meaning that the history section is likely a copyright violation and is, at any rate, completely unsourced. It is because of the copyright concern that I removed the content from the article. - Aoidh (talk) 22:00, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

Memoir of the city

Deborah E. McDowell wrote a 1997 memoir of life in Bessemer, Leaving Pipe Shop. this may be a good source for material.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 15:08, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
