What exactly should get improved?--Andy Nestl (talk) 10:18, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well for starters, the WP:MOS will have a few suggestions. Consider using citation template such as {{cite journal}}, and saying what exactly acronyms such as SPDM means. Try to avoid weasel words and run-on sentences. Linking should be more judicious (for example linking light microscopy approaches will never likely be an article, but light microscopy is, and Abbe limit should be Abbe limit). Quotations like „Bioquant“ are not standards in english and should insteand by "Bioquant". Consider breaking the section into paragraphs, etc... Ok, thanks, I will work on it --Andy Nestl (talk) 10:54, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The article still has multiple problems (probably in part because it seems to have been translated from the German WP, which does things differently). There are, for example, many unsourced statements in the article and it is almost never clear which source supports those statements. --Guillaume2303 (talk) 13:25, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
