Thanks for your improvements to this important article.
The article mentions the "Five Year development plan (2017-2022)" and "National Climate Change Adaptation Plan". I realize we still need secondary sources but I wonder whether you have link(s) for the most up to date plans. Even if they are only in Farsi it might be useful for future readers if you could link to them in the "External links" section here (you can add the trans-title parameter) and also in the Farsi article.
