    • ALT1: ... that the two main school buildings of East Wake Academy were located four miles apart in separate towns when opening?
Source "The year-round school has had to squeeze its 462 students into two temporary sites – four miles apart. Half the school shares a building [...] in Knightdale, while the other half is in a church near Wendell."

General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
  • Cited: Yes - Offline/paywalled citation accepted in good faith
  • Interesting: Yes
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Hooks are both interesting and meet criteria. AGF as sources not accessible. Detected no copyright violations and QPQ completed. I was concerned about the self-published sources but believe these are allowed under WP:ABOUTSELF. Only issue spotted when spot checking citations was the phrase "able to remotely lock all the doors in the school in case of a lockdown within five seconds, according to superintendent Stephen Gay", as the provided source does not mention doors being remotely locked, and the superintendent is not the person demonstrating the system.

@CSJJ104: Good catch! Not only did I misread that citation, but that sentence also dragged on way too long, so it was beneficial either way to shorten it. Hope this fixes your concerns, cheers! Johnson524 19:16, 12 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
