Contradiction?[edit]

The article says that the amendment was passed by the majlis-e-shoora. Shortly afterward, the article says that the amendment was passed in the absence of the "elected Parliament". But the elected Parliament of Pakistan is and was the majlis-e-shoora, so this appears to be a contradiction. Clarification is needed.Bill (talk) 22:06, 2 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
