I do not think that ELCR has ever functioned in Grand Duchy of Finland where Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland had been established at the beginning of autonomy. I removed the info from the page. Reference 6 is no longer accessible - it was not possible to check what it says. --Periegetes (talk) 13:57, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
