I don't understand assigning the category "tax resisters." I see nothing about it in the article and I've never read anything about Cook being a tax resister. Garnetpoint 01:29, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Studs Terkel mentions that Cook won the Heywood Broun Award and others at the beginning of this radio broadcast. True (Magazine) also calls him "prize-winning" here but doesn't say which prize.
