map?[edit]

Someone should make a map of Russia during this time period (1860 would be good)... It would make it leass confusing.--IAMTHEEGGMAN (talk) 23:11, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure how to incorporate this into a Russian history focused article, but January Uprising (1863-1865) certainly deserves a mention.-- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk  02:01, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Referencing issues[edit]

The page says This article incorporates text from this source, which is in the public domain. Country Studies. Federal Research Division. This how it was cut-and-pastingly created There are two problems with this:

  • There is no link to the source
  • There are no footnotes

The article mutated quite a bit since then, so it is now unclear what sourced to what, creating considerable issues with verifiability. Lokys dar Vienas (talk) 01:50, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. I found the source of the original draft and while doing this I restored and referenced one chunk from there, see /* Reforms and their limits */. But the rest of the section is snatched from somewhere else, the problem I am talking about.Lokys dar Vienas (talk) 02:08, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
