"Commonwealth War Graves Commission Cemetery" - correct description?[edit]

This article calls Hitchin Cemetery "A Commonwealth War Graves Commission Cemetery..". I contend this is a misleading description as it is neither created nor owned by the CWGC. (The 'History' section traces its evolution of ownership from a public Burial Board to a local municipal council.) The only respect in which it is right is that the cemetery contains graves that are maintained and registered by the CWGC, but they are a minority of the graves in the cemetery.Cloptonson (talk) 10:40, 28 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
