Frequency needs clarifying[edit]

How can there be 9 per year (box at side of page claim) if it is published monthly (opening sentence claim). It's either 9 per year or 12 per year, can't be both. ShaPhi7 (talk) 10:56, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
