Lead section has extra information[edit]
The first sentence of the lead section asserts that this society "... is an international learned society dedicated to advancing the field of criminology. ..." While that claim may be valid, the body of the article, below the table of contents, provides no evidence to support this leading claim. Given the size of the article, the first sentence is probably sufficient for a lead, at the moment. However, the information in the lead needs to be in the body of the article too as the lead section should follow the body of an article.
