We should use "Kōbe Station (Hyōgo)" because both o of Kōbe and Hyōgo are long vowel. Sometime Kobe or Hyogo are used in Japan instead of Kōbe or Hyōgo , but we should not use mixing.Penpen (talk) 00:43, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- "Kobe" and "Hyōgo" are both recommended romanization forms under Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Japan-related articles). "Kōbe" and "Hyogo" do not follow the manual. Please understand the rationale behind this that Kobe is a well known city and its name can be recognized as an English word while Hyōgo is not. --Sushiya (talk) 04:25, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
