As a novice wikipedian, I don't know how to overhaul articles. But it's important to know that recently, COLT rebranded to "Lebanon Transit". Their site can be found here. http://www.lebanontransit.org Someone else will need to overhaul this stub to reflect that. COLT is now the old name.
