an "L. Borwick" - Leonard? - is the copyist on the same Frederick Kelly's elegy for string orchestra and harp (see the IMSLP material for, which contains notes written by L. Borwick (the copyist) "regarding correspondence he received from Kelly in 1916 regarding the addition of the harp part", suggesting - assuming L. is Leonard - that the two were acquainted.)
