Not a TV guide[edit]

I've removed the "Upcoming programming" section from the article because it directly violates our policy on what Wikipedia is not, at WP:NOTTVGUIDE (bullet 4). The guidance says:

For example, an article on a radio station should not list upcoming events, current promotions, current schedules, etc., although mention of major events, promotions or historically significant program lists and schedules may be acceptable.

This would obviously apply to TV channels such as Challenge, too.

I think the "Status" columns in two of the tables also fall foul of this, but would appreciate hearing other opinions before I remove them as well.  —SMALLJIM  18:13, 4 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone actively object to the removal of these status columns?  —SMALLJIM  10:52, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
There's been no reply for over a month, despite numerous edits to the article, so I've gone ahead and removed the status columns. Happy to reconsider if anyone can show that they do not violate the policy referred to above. The whole article is in danger of deletion if it can't be properly referenced too.  —SMALLJIM  18:53, 21 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
