I have never heard of this before. Having looked elsewhere, there is no entry on discogs for the soundtrack or an entry on IMDb for the film. The credits on the right-hand side are not backed up. Petey Green died in 1984, which is long before this. I have found a YouTube video with this description, but no indication that it exists outside YouTube.
