No references among other problems[edit]

I bumped into this article, which uses wording and names that appear to be a possible issue with WP:OR. Constant reference by first name is used, multiple times of saying the same thing throughout the article, appearing that the editor is not writing on the same level that editing on the Wikipedia demands is another issue too. The use of promotional wording and weasel words are additional problems. This needs review and perhaps an Rfc due to the multiple challenges as to this even being about a notable establishment. Whoever the primary editor(s) of the article, please note that the article needs references, and a lot of cleanup. If you need help, just ask.
