I believe this article is notable enough for inclusion in Wikipedia for the following reasons:

It is the sole english publisher and translator of Vadim Rogovin's works. Rogovin has a wikipedia article dedicated to him.
Likewise it is the sole english publisher and translator of Aleksandr Voronsky's works. Voronsky also has a wikipedia article dedicated to him.
It carries the printed works affiliated with the World Socialist Web Site, which is the most popular socialist publication on the internet^[1]
