by "the medieval Constitution of Germany" are we using "constitution" in its generic sense (what in more modern English would be "setup" or similar), and in this case, why is Constitution capitalized, or, if not, what Constitution of Germany is this about? dab(ᛏ) 09:17, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
