What exactly does this company do?[edit]

What exactly does this company do? The article says it has no mines in operation and isn't earning any money. Apparently all it does is buy up land and mineral holdings? If so, is it an exploration company and not a mining company? If not, what does it do, and nothing why is it notable? Morgan Riley (talk) 21:38, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
