Ethnic Koreans as ethnic minorities?[edit]

Hi,

I noticed a good portion of the article discusses ethnic Koreans who've returned to NK. Do they really count as ethnic minorities? While I think there can/should be a brief mention of them in the article, it feels weird to say that they belong in the article. toobigtokale (talk) 23:26, 22 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I ended up moving the page to "minority groups" toobigtokale (talk) 15:02, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
