Outcome?[edit]
It is noted in the article that "Phoenix issued a Writ of Error to appeal the original decision". What was the outcome to this appeal? This is not mentioned in the article. Stevenmitchell (talk) 04:14, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
No reference can be found for this in the Times library. Neither does note 1 give that date for the Phoenix foundation. The Comppany history gives 1782. Bebington (talk) 11:21, 26 August 2022 (UTC)
