Comment - WP:CONCISE and WP:SUBTITLE would suggest that the proposed title is better, however sources to show whether or not this is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the proposed title or that the proposed title is the WP:COMMONNAME would make it easier to form an opinion on the matter.
