Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because the sole reasoning for the CSD request seems to be that it was created by a banned user. Can't argue that, but it was created in 2007 and has had contributions by other editors since. If the content is valid, then the CSD should be declined and the page Kept.
