Add Jeff Clarke to Notable Alumni (Business)

Please review notables
Some of the "notables" are questionably notable, with their wiki pages being essentially self-promotion. I know notable is relative, but some of these seem to be just vanity additions.Jbower47 (talk) 22:24, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
