Regarding Rad Gravity and Bruce Campbell

I didn't see Bruce Campbell for the first time in Army of Darkness until three years after designing the look of the character Rad Gravity. The influence was much more Tom Slick/Dudley Do-Right from the Jay Ward cartoons - I was also the voice of Rad gravity at one point because I could do those characters' voices, though, oddly, I'm completely in the dark if any of the vocal recordings I did ever survived into the final product. The look was intended to be more mock-heroic rather than simply comical, which actually fits Bruce Campbell, I suppose. But as much as I might wish retroactively to confirm that (being a Campbell fan - us Bruces gotta stick together), it ain't true.

Yeah, I know, "original research inappropriate to an encyclopedia" - if someone quoted me saying that it could be included, but if I say it directly, it can't. So the truth is buried here.  :-) Two-Tonic Knight (talk) 06:56, 23 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
