Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Vertical Telecoms Australia (talk) 00:42, 4 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

I'm very new to wikipedia and editing it etc - I'm not too sure what this "speedy deletion" notification even means!!!

I'll explain my aim and hopefully someone can help me out. I simply created the page Vertel to allow us to be linked to the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Internet_service_providers_of_Australia page ... Vertel is a business which has been a part of the Australia telecommunications industry for some 40 years so does in my view have a valid place on Wikipedia.

Our various counterparts and competitors are all listed under the above referenced category.

Please do let me know the correct process to ensure information about Vertel is listed on Wikipedia and we are able to use our expertise and experience to edit pages for which we have superior knowledge (such as Fixed Networks and Two Way Radio communications).

Many Thanks, Larrisa

I am declining the speedy deletion request as a quick news search for Vertel reveals several hits - this one was the first I found. Here is another. Please do not tag articles for speedy deletion without confirming you can find no coverage in reliable sources whatsoever - you will just annoy and confuse newcomers. Orphan article message[edit]

Please help this orphan article by adding links to it in related articles and lists. Once it has an incoming link from at least one article or list, the orphan tag can be removed (disambiguation pages, redirects and draft articles do not count). Three or more incoming links are ideal. The Find link tool may help, but not in all cases.
