To acknowledge the work of Wikipedia editors who separate the "wheat" from the "chaff"— whether through patrolling new pages or participating in deletion discussions or anything in between. Intended for those without the administrative power to perform deletions themselves, but who are willing to identify non-notable content and to stand by their arguments to remove it when necessary. The work offers few rewards, but this is one of them: the Egyptian goddess Nekhbet bearing a winnowing fan clutched in a sacred shen ring.
