Hi I am David, I go by the name of DrClohite as someone sent me mail addressed to me as Drclohite and i thought it was funny and it stuck!

My passion is business development. I started off as an electronics design engineer following my apprenticeship at Racal Decca. I unwittingly created a keyboard for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum home computer and being a completely green electronics engineer unexpectedly sold a few million pounds worth in my early twenties and blew the lot having fun, getting married and then divorced. I have now been married three times and I have three sons. I live in London and have spent most of my life self employed. I am open to discussions particularly on business development, which to me is a study of the markets combined with anthropology. I would consider myself a people person and I am very glad to have left the more lonely business of electronics and engineering far behind me. I can still talk geek though!
