Leonard Charles Smith,[1] nicknamed "Buckshot", is an American retired police officer who is known as the oldest Arkansas police officer.[2][3]

Early life and career[edit]

Smith was born in Buena Vista, Arkansas on May 12, 1929.[4]

Smith was a reserve police officer of the Ouachita County, Arkansas police department.[5]
