It seems that our russian friends understand different the meaning of the freezing conditions. [...] for them it meant, from what I see, to blow the Russian cold upon these wikipedia pages and freeze it, russian style. - Care to elaborate? The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
