Mark Knoll[edit]

Just a friendly heads up on the Mark Knoll article. You removed the {{overlinked}} template with a comment of "(Removed the template as it has been resolved)". Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved. Take a couple of minutes to read through Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Linking#Overlinking, especially the section that starts with "Generally, a link should appear only once in an article". Thanks!--Fabrictramp | talk to me 13:58, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Bitdefender[edit]

Hi,

Thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia!

I see you're making consecutive edits to Bitdefender but just FYI it's common practice to remove {{advert}} tags after the full removal.

Once again, thank you and I hope you decide to stay :)

Information icon Hello, I'm Donner60. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Special Clerical Court— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. February 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Meters. Your recent edit to the page Westmount Charter School appears to have added incorrect information, so it has been removed for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Meters (talk) 06:30, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Don't add protection templates to articles. You are not an admin and you cannot protect articles. If protection becomes necessary it may be requested at WP:RFP, but note that simply claiming that someone has threatened to vandalize a page is not going to be sufficient. Normally protection would not be applied unless there is ongoing vandalism that cannot be controlled by simple reverts and user blocks. Meters (talk) 06:59, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I added them accidentally. Thank you for removing them! FibonacciYYC (talk) 01:05, 25 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

February 2018[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Westmount Charter School, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Meters (talk) 07:14, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I didn't restore the template, I just removed the worst of the overlinking. You were warned about this before. Please also read WP:MINOR and WP:PROMO. Some of your material is considered promotional. This article is not the school's webpage. It is for general readers, not for parents of potential students. As a student there you should probably also read WP:COI. Meters (talk) 07:18, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Westmount Charter Article[edit]

Stop removing the image that complies with Wikipedia's guidelines. In the upload wizard it says that you can use a logo if you use it only once as primary identification for the page which is what I did. Stop removing it. MrDankMeme (talk) 21:13, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Really?

Yes, that's what it says check it for yourself.MrDankMeme (talk) 22:06, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I did. LOOK AT CONTEXT PLEASE. Read this too: "Free-content images generally fall into two categories: (1) images that no one owns (i.e., "public domain" images), and (2) images that someone owns, but have been freely licensed." This image does not fall in one of these categories. Westmount Charter School owns the image and they have NOT freely licensed the image. Do not revert my FINAL edit. You WILL be violating Wikipedia policy.

YOU HAVE NOT USED THE UPLOAD WIZARD! PLEASE LOOK AT THE SECTION ON LOGOS! YOU ARE EXPLICITLY VIOLATING THE POLICY ON LOGOS! READ IT! MrDankMeme (talk) 00:18, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

? Nice false accusation.

March 2018[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Westmount Charter School shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
You and MrDankMeme are both at 5RR and neither of you has attempted to discuss this edit on the article's talk page. Meters (talk) 00:11, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#MrDankMeme and FibonacciYYC reported by Theinstantmatrix (Result: ). theinstantmatrix (talk) 00:51, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I did move the talks to the Westmount Charter School talk page before you posted the report?

March 2018[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use talk pages for inappropriate discussions, as you did at Talk:Westmount Charter School. Stop messing around. Wikipedia is not a place for you to play your games. See WP:SOCIAL Meters (talk) 08:36, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello FibonacciYYC. I have proposed that you be blocked unless you respond to the WP:AN3 complaint and agree to stop warring. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 19:40, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. I'll stop reverting.

At this point, I have no comment on this matter.
