Gaza/Shahed 149[edit]

I noticed you reverted my removal of the claim that the Gaza/Shahed 149 (assuming they are the same) is based on the Shahed 129. I would like to point out that the source you provided does not explicitly state that the two drones are related, only similar. Assuming that the aircraft are related because they have "Shahed" in their names or are similar would be original research, which is not allowed on Wikipedia.

I have reverted your revert for now. If you find a source which explicitly states that the Gaza/Shahed 149 and Shahed 129 are related, feel free to re-add the content with the citation. - ZLEA T\C 03:58, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

11th legislature of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.

Congratulations, and thank you for helping expand the scope of Wikipedia! We hope you will continue making quality contributions.

The article has been assessed as Stub-Class, which is recorded on its talk page. It is commonplace for new articles to start out as stubs and then attain higher grades as they develop over time. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

Since you have made at least 10 edits over more than four days, you can now create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for creation if you prefer.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask at the help desk. Once you have made at least 10 edits and had an account for at least four days, you will have the option to create articles yourself without posting a request to Articles for creation.

If you would like to help us improve this process, please consider leaving us some feedback.

Thanks again, and happy editing!

Arab Israeli conflict[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in the Arab–Israeli conflict. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

A barnstar for you![edit]

The Original Barnstar
I cannot thank you enough for overhauling the List of equipment of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Defense Force page. It was not something I considered to be a one-person job, but you pulled it off by making a slicker, better-organized page in a matter of days. Well done. You're welcome. I didn't do much. Most work was done by others before me. ;) Hosortyr (talk) 15:24, 21 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. I reverted content based on three Iranian media sources that fail WP:RS; a good starting guide to review if you get the chance would be WP:Reliable sources/Perennial sources. Have a good day, Rolf H Nelson (talk) 20:18, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Qaem 100 (rocket)[edit]

On 21 November 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Qaem 100 (rocket), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Iran's first three-stage satellite carrier, Qaem 100, successfully passed its suborbital test? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Qaem 100 (rocket). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Qaem 100 (rocket)), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

DS IRANPOL advisory[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1978 Iranian politics. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. November 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Mahsa Amini protests, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. - LouisAragon (talk) 23:39, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Timeline of the Mahsa Amini protests. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You deliberately left out the word "state-sponsored". - LouisAragon (talk) 23:57, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@LouisAragon Hi. I find the things you said a little offending but I somehow understand. Topic is sensitive and probably subject of edit warring.
What is cool is the links you gave here and in the edits summaries which allowed me to learn new things about Wikipedia. Thanks.
For my edit on Mahsa Amini protests I didn't expect a blame notice because of WP:3RR but with the links you gave, I now understand what you want. I will open a discussion about that if I find the time.
For my edit on Timeline of the Mahsa Amini protests, well, I have no problem with the subsequent edit you made. To me, there is not much difference, seems quite obvious the funerals of security force members are state-sponsored but whatever, I'm fine with your edit.
