Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Itsbn007 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. GPL93 (talk) 12:50, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've declined the speedy deletion nomination of your user page, as it appears to be an attempt to expand the existing Riza Lushta Stadium article. I would recommend moving the page to User:Itsbn007/Riza Lushta Stadium instead; user sub-pages are the best place to work on such "works-in-progress" until you're ready to copy the updated material to the main article. Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

Control copyright icon Hello Itsbn007! While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright and plagiarism issues. It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked from editing. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Itsbn007 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.koha.net/en/sports/221311/quot-riza-lushta-in-a-miserable-condition%2C-the-help-of-mkrs-is-requested. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Image caption[edit]

You've added the designation "UEFA " to the image caption at Adem Jashari Olympic Stadium. What does it mean? Is there a source for this being a "4 star" facility? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:00, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Are you from kosovo you watch football you know what uefa is Itsbn007 (talk) 14:03, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am aware of the UEFA stadium categories. Other pages that reference this information do not do so using a star rating system. I would recommend just writing, in text, "UEFA category 4 stadium". You will then need a citation to support this claim. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:24, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm OverlordQ. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Adem Jashari Olympic Stadium with this edit that didn't seem very civil, so I removed it. Wikipedia needs people like you and me to collaborate, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Q T C 18:27, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi im itsbn007 the reason i got angry its cos other editors are removing my edits i just wanna make better edits for people to understand this stadium i do not like removing my edits Itsbn007 (talk) 18:39, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Itsbn, I removed your edit because the material is already included in the article. It is included at the bottom of the article, because it makes more sense to present the history of the stadium in chronological order. When you disagree with an edit, your best course of action is to discuss the matter. I have found in your talk page interactions (here and here, not to mention the edit that OverlordQ saw fit to revert) that you do not agree with Wikipedia's methods of cooperation. That is unfortunate, because it is an attitude that will likely get you blocked. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:50, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Stadium i Qytetit te Gjakoves.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a copyright violation of https://x.com/FootballKosovo/status/1795171641321816255/photo/2 and has no credible claim of fair use or permission. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. who do you think you are the img i got it from a frend he posted it on google and told me use it on wikepidia so you have no prof you just want to ban me for making people understand everybody want a img of how the stadium will look like Itsbn007 (talk) 13:02, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't matter that you personally didn't copy the image, only that the image has been published previously without indication that it is available to be freely used. Wikipedia has strict copyright rules and everyone at Wikipedia is required to follow them. No exceptions. In general, if you did not take the photograph yourself, or you cannot assure 100% that the original publisher has approved its use on Wikipedia, you should not upload it. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:17, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So if you want to place a img you have to take it yourself Itsbn007 (talk) 13:26, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That or assure that the source from which you get the image has properly licensed it under a license compatible with use at Wikipedia. (See WP:Copyrights for more information.) WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:30, 31 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hi i am Itsbn007 this is my unblock appeal What is copyright? Copyright is a legal framework that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to its use and distribution, typically for a limited time. These rights include the ability to reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or license the work. Copyright aims to protect the creator’s investment in their work by ensuring they can control and benefit from its use. How is Wikipedia licensed? Wikipedia is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. This means that anyone is free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) Wikipedia content, as long as they attribute the source appropriately and share any derivative works under the same or compatible license. Why is copyrighted content not allowed on Wikipedia? Copyrighted content is not allowed on Wikipedia because it violates the licensing terms and legal framework governing Wikipedia’s content. Using copyrighted material without permission undermines the open and free nature of Wikipedia. It also exposes Wikipedia to legal risks and can result in the removal of the infringing content. The goal is to ensure that all content on Wikipedia is freely available for anyone to use, modify, and distribute under the same free license. Under what circumstances can we use copyrighted content? Wikipedia can use copyrighted content under specific circumstances such as: - When the content is licensed under a free license compatible with Wikipedia’s CC BY-SA 4.0 license, such as other Creative Commons licenses that allow for sharing and adaptation. - When the content is in the public domain, meaning the copyright has expired or the creator has waived their rights. - When using small excerpts of copyrighted material for purposes such as commentary, criticism, or parody, which may fall under fair use provisions, although this is more restrictive and often subject to legal interpretation. How do you intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future? To avoid violating the copyright policy in the future, I will: - Ensure that all content I contribute to Wikipedia is either my original work or properly licensed for reuse under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license or another compatible free license. - Verify the licensing status of any external content before incorporating it into Wikipedia, and provide appropriate attribution when necessary. - Avoid copying large portions of text from copyrighted sources, even with attribution, unless the source explicitly allows such use under a compatible license. - Familiarize myself with Wikipedia’s copyright policy and guidelines, and seek clarification from more experienced editors or administrators when in doubt. By adhering to these practices, I aim to contribute to Wikipedia responsibly and in compliance with its copyright policies. I hope this response accurately demonstrates my understanding of Wikipedia's copyright policies and my commitment to respecting them in my future contributions.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline. According to zerogpt.com, this was written by an AI. As this clearly demonstrates you don't understand and as Wikipedia doesn't want AI chatbots editing Wikipedia, I am procedurally declining your request. Any future unblock request will be reviewed by a different administrator. In addition to answering the questions in your own words, you'll need to address your abuse of AI tools. To get unblocked[edit]

{{unblock|Hi im itsbn007 i will answear these question by yamla 1.What is copyright? 2.How is Wikipedia licenced? 3.Why is copyrighted content not allowed on Wikipedia? 4.Under what circumstances can we use copyrighted content? 5. How do you intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future?

1. Copyright is a type of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship as soon as an author fixes the work in a tangible form of expression. In copyright law, there are a lot of different types of works, including paintings, photographs, illustrations, musical compositions, sound recordings, computer programs, books, poems, blog posts, movies, architectural works, plays, and so much more! 2.Most of Wikipedia's text and many of its images are co-licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts). 3.A copyright holder cannot both retain non-free copyright elsewhere over their content, and license it for one-time use here with their permission, because Wikipedia's licensing scheme requires that its readers and end users be able to reuse the content under the free license notice that is posted at the bottom of every 4.Purposes mentioned in the statute: Using a work for any of the purposes mentioned in the statute, “criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, [and] research,” weighs in favor of fair use. 5.I will Write original content in my own words rather than copying and pasting from other sources. Do not copy content from other websites, books, or any other sources without permission. Always paraphrase information and cite the original sources properly.Itsbn007 (talk) 09:04, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
