Toni Kroos[edit]

I believe that I did not mess up the statistics and you were completely unaware that he played a new match. Shakya2007 (talk) 12:42, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You did not calculate the totals, so the whole statistics table was messed up after your edit. --Jaellee (talk) 12:47, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism reverts[edit]

Please assume good faith. This is not vandalism. You may not agree with the edit and you are free to revert it, but don't call it vandalism, when it's clearly not. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 17:47, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The editor have a history of such edits. They were informed that such edits are not constructive, nevertheless they continue. That's very close to vandalism, in my opinion. --Jaellee (talk) 18:17, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You need to re-read WP:NOTVANDALISM. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 18:56, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You've spent effort to reprimand me about my revert. You did not make any comment to the editor whose edit I reverted. The message I get here is: incorrect wording in an edit summary gets you negative admin attention, disruptive and pointy edits do not. I find that worrying and hope that this is not a general trend. --Jaellee (talk) 07:23, 1 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So, you WP:BITE a new user, get called out for it, and then are angry that I didn't reprimand them, too? That's rich. Have good one. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 20:44, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Editors who have an account for more than two years are not really newcomers. And I did not attack the the editor in any way, I just called their edit vandalism. If you think that this is biting than I'm afraid you have to live with it. --Jaellee (talk) 20:51, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Inter Milan[edit]

Hi my friend. The changes I make for Inter Milan players are all according to the reference. Please check the reference before undoing. Thank you. Shayanbehrad10 (talk) 17:42, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please have a look at the statistics table. The rightmost column has the heading "Total". For every line, this column contains the totals of all the appearances and goals of the season (league, cups, etc.) As far as I have seen, you have ignored this column so far and did not not calculate the totals at the right end of the line. This messes up the statistics table, the numbers don't add up anymore. --Jaellee (talk) 18:17, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thanks. I will do it right from now on. Shayanbehrad10 (talk) 21:16, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hoeneß[edit]

As a matter of fact, it is. The accusation, process and sentence were one of the major high-profile cases in recent years and were covered in great detail by not only German, but also international media outlets, due to his personal history of public stylizing himself as beacon of morality and frequent comments on political and social issues. His crimes are associated with him the same way the corruption affair which led to Germany winning its World Cup 2006 bid are associated with the late Beckenbauer, and are routinely brought up in articles about Hoeneß. -esse quam videri - to be rather than to seem (talk)

The tax evasion case would not have made him so prominent on its own, Hoeneß was already very well-known for his footballing career and his work as manager of FC Bayern Munich. The case got so much media coverage because the accused was so prominent. The tax evasion is already mentioned in the second paragraph of the lede, so it is by no means hidden to the reader. Besides, that happened about ten years ago and is no big topic anymore (at least in German media). If you compare his crimes with the corruption affair of Beckenbauer, then this is also only mentioned in the last paragraph of lede and not in the first sentence. --Jaellee (talk) 14:51, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
