I appreciate the structure of this article: it follows a similar pattern to what a CMP would actually look like. It’s very easy to follow as a result. It’s well-researched, as the citations show, but could stand to have a few interlinks to further define terms – your mention of NAGPRA, for example, would be a great place to link to another article. The voice is authoritative, but tends a little bit towards bias with the frequent use of “should” – museums “should” include these various items in their CMPs, but why? Justifying these claims would eliminate any bias. Overall, the article is clear, with well-defined terms that speak to people who are unfamiliar with the museum world. It’s a little grammatically uneven, but still easy to read. Good work!
