Hello Mukrkrgsi. I was wondering why you have moved some images and some information from the Santa Rosa article. There was no information of the editing in the talk page, and I think it looked much better before with the pictures and information. Hope to talk with you soon, hopefully in a talk page article. Thanks. Chickyfuzz (user talk) 02:37, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Depends, I've lived here most of my life. I like to know whats around me and the city that I live in. Chickyfuzz (user talk) 06:16, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of Native American Tribal Entities edit[edit]

In the List of Native American Tribal Entities, despite your opinion that I fully agree, the page's purpose is stated as "This list pertains only to the contiguous 48 states, and is maintained by the U.S. Federal Government. This version was updated in 2005, and can be downloaded as a PDF document from the U.S. Library of Congress: [Link to .pdf]. Any ancilary information present in former versions of this list but no longer contained in the current listing have been included here in italics print." And if you examine the FR68-234 of December 5, 2003, and the current FR70-226 of November 25, 2005, both state: Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, California (formerly the Graton Rancheria). I know "Graton Rancheria" is a place and not the tribe, but the current listing scope is that per the Federal Register, so the text remains. CJLippert 17:26, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the work on Sonoma County[edit]

Thanks for your thoughtful and assiduous additions to this important article. Wikipedia sorely needs more content oriented editing as you are doing. Best regards.Anlace 22:34, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well this article is coming along. I would like to invite you to join Wikipedia:WikiProject San Francisco Bay Area and also why dont we post the Sonoma County article as a joint collaboration at Wikipedia:WikiProject San Francisco Bay Area/Jumpaclass for article improvement between you and me? When posted, we have five days to try to bring it to "B" or "GA" level. regards. Anlace 22:35, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Informal mediation[edit]

Informal mediation has been requested for the article Morgellons. Please visit the case page and indicate if you accept my assistance as an informal mediator. Please additionally let me know if you believe there are any other parties should be invited to join the mediation. Be well! Vassyana 12:41, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apology[edit]

I was unnecessarily rude about your work on the Greg Sarris page in my edit summary, and would like to apologise. Reading it back made me wince. Vizjim 08:06, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes, will try to do so. I'm just reading up on Sarris' work at the moment so should be able to contribute usefully in a week or so. I do think that the casino is extremely relevant to assessing his life and work - it's my job to try to fill that content in. Vizjim 12:50, 2 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your "graffiti" comment (implying defacement?) notwithstanding, the {{tone}} template is there for a reason: unless you explain why the herons and egrets and deers (oh, my!) are notable within the policies and guidelines of an encyclopedia, the section reads like a travel brochure and can be removed at any time. RadioKirk (u|t|c) 21:06, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your reply. As both an editor and an administrator, let me point out that contribution to Wikipedia also includes assisting others in their contributions, both from the standpoint of researching and writing data and of explaining where it fails notability. It is my responsibility, and yours, to ensure that our contributions follow policy and not leave behind a (potential) mess and tell others that it's their duty to clean it up. RadioKirk (u|t|c) 21:48, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Then you misunderstand; correctly marking an entry as violative of encyclopedic policy is neither mocking nor condemning, nor was it intended as such. The template is supposed to assist editors in the art, as it were, of writing an encyclopedia. RadioKirk (u|t|c) 03:09, 2 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not at all sure it's primarily used for serving drinks on the rocks. For example, the old fashioned itself often wasn't served on the rocks, and that's what it was named for. --AnonEMouse (squeak) 14:42, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Morgellons[edit]

Is the assistance of informal mediation still required for Morgellons? What's been going on with the article, in your view? Vassyana 22:37, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have the letter: Pimozide at Least as Safe and Perhaps More Effective Than Olanzapine for Treatment of Morgellons Disease by Caroline S. Koblenzer, MD? I would like to see it in order to correct some statements I believe may be in error on the subject. Thanks. Ward24.6.34.203 06:51, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia Help Survey[edit]

Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. At the moment I'm trying to learn more about how people use and find the current help pages. If you could help by filling out this brief survey about your experiences, I'd be very grateful. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will not be tied to your username in any way.

Thank you for your time,

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
