Welcome!

Hello NRGKutKlose, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  - Abstract Idiot 07:54, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WMBH, Euro Dance Hits, All Music, and other links in articles[edit]

I'm concerned that many of the links you have added to articles about music artists are unhelpful. Although WMBH and the other radio stations may play the artists's music & Euro Dance Hits and All Music Guide may have information relating to the artists, the pages you have linked to at these sites (usually http://www.-site-.com) don't have any information, and would force people who follow the links to spend time searching for the information. I would recommend that you not post links to WMBH and other radio stations on artists's articles, as it is likely to be interpreted as spam.

I would recommend that you not link to sites like the All Music Guide and Euro Dance Hits unless you have checked that they contain a notable amount of reliable information about the artist. If that's the case, link to that information and not to the site's front page. I did notice that you've done a lot of really, really great edits, ranging from spelling edits to large contributions of information. Often these edits were to articles that really needed it...so on behalf of everyone who will benefit from what you've done, thank you!

Remember to cite your sources and keep on editing! : ) --Roombalogin 05:18, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Summary Request[edit]

I have noted that you edit without an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. An edit summary is even more important if you delete any text; otherwise, people may think you're being sneaky or even vandalizing. Also, mentioning one change but not another one can be misleading to someone who finds the other one more important; add "and misc." to cover the other change(s). Thanks! -- Kukini 16:55, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Mark Ashley (artist)[edit]

A tag has been placed on Mark Ashley (artist), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --DachannienTalkContrib 23:18, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article San'Chez has been or soon will be deleted from Wikipedia. This happened because the article seems to be about a subject but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to List of artists who reached number one on the U.S. Dance chart, are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. - eo 07:50, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please check the accuracy of the information you are adding to articles[edit]

Your recent edits are filled with speculation, POV, spelling errors and blatant inaccuracies. Please doublecheck your work and provide a proper, verifiable source if you are unsure of any items you are adding to articles. Thanks - eo 02:04, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your edits to Crystal Waters:[edit]

Your recent edit to Crystal Waters (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. You have been identified as a new user or a logged out editor using a hosting or shared IP address to add email addresses, phone numbers, YouTube, Geocities, Myspace, Facebook, blog, forum, or other such free-hosting website links to a non-talk page. Please note that such links are generally to be avoided. You can restore any other content by editing the page and re-adding that content. The links can be reviewed and restored by established users. Jessica Simpson discography[edit]

Please stop doing this. You're adding numbers and not properly moving the columns over, which messes up all the information. In addition, chart positions should not be boldfaced per WP:CHARTS. Please use the "Show Preview" button before saving the page to make sure the table is not distorted. - eo 16:39, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Colton Ford[edit]

Saw your edits, and just wanted to let you know that the "DEFAULTSORT" template designates the sort order when placed before the category list, so you don't have to put "Ford, Colton" or whatever after every category unless you want a different sort key for a particular category. Just wanted to save you some time in the future! TAnthony 04:23, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Jocelyn (album)[edit]

A tag has been placed on Jocelyn (album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ozgod 23:11, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

July 2007[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you have created yourself, as you did with Jocelyn (album). Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Ozgod 23:46, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to blank out (or delete portions of) page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Martha Wash (album), you will be blocked from editing. Please do not remove the {{unreferenced}} template until the article cites at least one source. Evil1987 14:18, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

YYYYs Category[edit]

The categories such as Category:2000s albums are for cases where only the decade of the album is known (and not the exact year), so that's why I removed a lot of those categories from album articles recently. For example, Dick Haymes - Maury Laws Orchestra / Featuring Cy Coleman belongs in that category, but if it could be placed in one of the subcategories, we should remove the 1950s cat. Just wanted to let you know why I made those edits. Cheers. --Fisherjs 20:18, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Track lists[edit]

Please format album track listings using the "#" symbol, which automatically indents and numbers the song titles. Your use of the asterisk "*" is not correct. Thanks. - eo (talk) 17:57, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nonsense of Make a Difference[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Make a Difference, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Make a Difference provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Make a Difference, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. AfD nomination of Lian Ross[edit]

I have nominated Lian Ross, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lian Ross. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Wizardman 17:23, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article The Story So Far (Divine album), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello NRGKutKlose! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to these articles, it would greatly help us with the current 938 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Tina Ann - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Lian Ross - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Chicken Lips (band) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

There are no third-party sources cited, and no other indication that this band is notable per WP:MUSIC. Bizzarre Inc was notable, but that does not make the musicians' subsequent band notable. Note that the blue-linked album names and record labels actually point to other topics or disambiguation pages.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Alyson (singer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles – see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Andrewlp1991 (talk) 17:58, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
