May 2016[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Microsoft Lumia 640, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "save page" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.
Also, be sure to provide an edit summary, so other editors can better understand the intention of your edit. Thank you! Indrek (talk) 07:11, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Windows Phone erasure[edit]

A key Wikipedia policy is the neutral point of view, which means articles must reflect all major viewpoints dictated by reliable secondary sources. Unfortunately, your edits to Smartphone and Windows 10 Mobile violate the NPOV by asserting that Windows Phone no longer exists. This only advances the opinion of Microsoft marketing language, and does not acknowledge that Windows 10 Mobile is merely a re-branded Windows Phone with increased convergence with the PC version. ViperSnake151  Talk  17:07, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Also, your edit summaries are still insufficient. You only use terms like "unnecessary content" and "edited content" without elaborating why. These canned edit summaries draw suspicion over your intent. ViperSnake151  Talk  17:11, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mistaken edit[edit]

In this edit you added a nonexistent version number, and linked to a nonexistent source. Can you explain how you came to make that mistake? The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 19:25, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Copyrighted images[edit]

Information icon Please do not continue to upload files with missing or false information on their copyright status, as you did at Lumia 640. Please note that Wikipedia takes copyright and copyright infringement very seriously. Images and other media may only be uploaded and included if they meet the conditions stated in our image use policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. Indrek (talk) 06:46, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

May 2016[edit]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Windows 10 Mobile. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Codename Lisa (talk) 10:43, 24 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
