No, I'd withdraw the article from the FAC and present it here for review and edit first. This is proceduraly correct and will help iron out any problems before it get presented to FAC. eg. lack of referencing - 17 references for such a long article - needs more i'd say. --Mcginnly | Natter 11:42, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More referencing - refer to WP:CITE, particularly - Text that is, or is likely to be, disputed and when you add content.
Short stubby paragraphs need expanding or merging - eg. Upon succeeding his father, Suleiman began a series of military conquests, first putting down a revolt led by the Ottoman-appointed governor of Damascus in 1521.
