Upon completion of the course the student will be able to perform a real-world task requiring knowledge of gender, sex, and culture that demonstrates meaningful application of essential knowledge and skills. Examples of essential knowledge and skills at the introductory level may include but are not limited to: a) Reasoning about and interpreting human perceptions of gender and sex, b) Being aware of and sensitive to cross-cultural perspectives of sex and gender, c) Applying a cross-culturally informed perspective on sex and gender.
